Slow Down Sunday โœŒโ˜ฎ๐Ÿ’œ

Hi! Welcome back to Goals & Good Vibes! Today I feel like I’ve had a million things to do.. a few personal deadlines that I made up myself and I could have easily waited to accomplish them tomorrow. Sometimes you really need to take a break after a long week and remember to take care of yourself. I’m taking the rest of my Sunday night to relax and get out of “Go mode.” You should try it โœŒ

If you’re not able to take a complete break and have to be productive; just remember to set some time aside for yourself! Here are some simple tips!

  • Read a book
  • Have a cup of tea
  • Stretch
  • Have a movie marathon night
  • Limit phone time
  • Go for a mindful walk
  • Take a bath with candles & relaxing music
