
Hi! Welcome back to Goals & Good Vibes! Today I feel like I’ve had a million things to do.. a few personal deadlines that I made up myself and I could have easily waited to accomplish them tomorrow. Sometimes you really need to take a break after a long week and remember to take care of yourself. I’m taking the rest of my Sunday night to relax and get out of “Go mode.” You should try it โ
If you’re not able to take a complete break and have to be productive; just remember to set some time aside for yourself! Here are some simple tips!
- Read a book
- Have a cup of tea
- Stretch
- Have a movie marathon night
- Limit phone time
- Go for a mindful walk
- Take a bath with candles & relaxing music
