Happy Friday everyone! 🙂 I just wanted to reflect on something in particular this week. I actually had a pretty good week. I made an effort to get myself ready for the day even though I had nowhere to go. I’ve done that more this week than any other week as a stay-at-home mom. I just wanted to feel better. As a mom, I feel like I will use that as an excuse to not do things to take care of myself sometimes. I know the importance of doing certain things for self-care, but that doesn’t always mean it can be easy to practice them when you’re in a low vibrational state. I have anxiety and felt like I may have always been dealing with some depression feelings. Getting ready just makes you feel a little better about yourself. Puts you in a better mood. It does for me atleast. That’s my advice, if you’re sitting around your house not feeling the greatest, go get ready for the day and wear nice clothes that make you feel good. If you put effort into how you look for YOURSELF, it will help raise that self-esteem. You can play some uplifting music and sing/dance while you do, I like throwing it back to 90’s songs.
