If you’re new to my blog ..✨ Hiii. Thank you for supporting me. I created this blog for inspiration, motivation, positivity, and good vibes. I’m an online fitness coach with what used to be called “Beachbody”…but they recently changed the name to “BODi” to promote body positivity of all bodies. Because we’re all beautiful and there’s no one size fits all for a healthy body. It’s about how you feel in your body. I am also a boy mom to an almost 3 year old. So I may post things for moms as well. (I have already.) Enjoy the pictures 😊
