You may not wake up on the right side of the bed everyday, but if you create a morning routine for yourself, you can consciously choose practices that invite calm, focus, and positivity into your life. Your routine doesn’t have to be super complex. It just has to be consistent by building habits that serve you in the ways tailored to your needs. It could be as simple as;

  • Taking a minute to stretch before you even leave your bed
  • Taking a moment to focus on at least 3 things you’re grateful for
  • Listening to an upbeat song
