Welcome to Goals & Good Vibes. I really like that there is a day for World Kindness, but I feel like we should be finding small acts of kindess we can do every day. Not just one day a month. It could be as simple as holding the door for someone, or giving a stranger a smile. There are plenty ways to practice small acts of kindness. Even towards people you know. I’ve compiled a few quotes that seem to fit with today. I hope you like them! Let me know in the comments what you did for someone today.

Do things for people not because of who they are or what they do in return, but because of who you are.” -Harold S. Kushner
