It is going to the theatre with your friends, followed by a fancy dinner. Self-love is taking time away from everyone. It is buying yourself some new clothes. It is leaving your current job and taking a break. Self-love is going travelling, but self-love is also coming home. On days when you feel the happiest, self-love is going to the beach and having a picnic. Self-love is dancing in the rain. But on days when you feel low, self-love is getting under the covers early and going to sleep. Self-love is listening to health podcasts and self-care is being by yourself.
