Who likes to feel mentally exhausted? I know I don’t. It’s important to take time to intentionally rest. Do things that are only going to help soothe you. We all get burnt out sometimes and some people just keep going and going until they can’t take on anymore…If you prioritize intentional rest in your life or parts of your day you can fill your cup regularly. Some healthy things I do when I start to feel overwhelmed is color, have some tea, take a shower/ or bath, or do some light stretching. Try making time to rest like it’s an appointment you can’t miss.
