If you weren’t yet aware, ‘More Love Monday’ is dedicated to all things self-love. I believe a healthy self-love is an important quality to have and so is practicing it intentionally. I normally have just been sharing quotes.. but for now I will be sharing a new way to practice self-love each week until further notice. This week I’m gonna talk about why it’s important to schedule in a self-love day & pamper yourself regularly. (And what that might look like.)

A self-love day is anything that brings you joy, feeds your spirit and recharges you. That could be; A fancy bubble bath with rose petals, candles, and soothing music. A full out at-home spa day experience (face mask, lotion, fuzzy socks, your favorite robe, an “everything” shower, doing your own nails.) It could also be baking muffins, sitting on the couch for 3 hours watching a movie cuddled up with a fuzzy blanket and some snack-y snacks, going thrifting or shopping of any kind, exploring nature and it’s beauty. It’s not so much about what you do for these self-love days, but how it makes you feel and allowing yourself the intentional time to put towards something that will genuinely make you feel good. 🫶🏼🙆🏼
