Quote of the day: Beauty in the mundane ✨🙆🏼🌼

Rise and shine folks! Welcome to Goals & Good Vibes!! HAPPY WEDNESDAY!! ✨

“There is beauty in the mundane. Life doesn’t have to be constantly adventurous and excting to be fun or worth living. There’s beauty in spending a saturday baking cookies and reading a good book. There’s beauty in taking a hot shower after a hard day. There’s beauty in ordering pizza and watching a movie with your best friend. These things are just as worthwhile as traveling the world or skydiving. You’re allowed to appreciate small joy, as well as big joy. You’ll be happier for it.”

  1. Willie Torres Jr. – Thank you for visiting my site and reading my story. I hope that it has blessed you in some way, shape, or form. To tell you a bit about myself, I am a New Christian, or as I like to say, "A Toddler Christian," being saved as of 2017. From a very young age, my family always told me that I had a calling. I believe that it was God's plan for me to become a Christian, and I am so thankful that he has opened my eyes to the truth. For years I had been living my life in a way that I thought was right, but it was only when I was at my lowest point that I finally realized I was missing the most important relationship of all – the one with Jesus Christ. I had been trying to serve and to love those around me, but I had forgotten to put Him first. It was only when I felt overwhelmed by depression, loneliness and suicidal thoughts that I was finally willing to open up to the Lord and let Him into my life. That was in 2017, and since then, I have never looked back. I now know how important it is to have a relationship with Jesus Christ, and I strive to make sure that He is at the center of everything I do. I started writing stories that I believe were inspired by the Holy Spirit. These stories are my testimonies, and they recount the various trials I have faced and how the Lord has helped me to overcome them. I'm grateful for God's guidance in my life, and I'm thankful that He has been with me every step of the way. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to my wife of 35 years for the immense love, encouragement and support she has given to me over the years. Her unwavering faith in me has made me the person I am today. I am also thankful to our two boys, who have been the greatest children any parent could ask for. Their presence in our lives has filled it with joy and love, and I cannot thank them enough for that. I am truly blessed to have them in my life, and I cherish every moment we have together. They have made my life infinitely richer, and I am infinitely grateful. I am deeply grateful to the Truth Hunters and Lyn Leahz for giving me the chance to share my writings on their website. It was this opportunity that provided the encouragement I needed to take the leap and start my own. I also want to thank those who have been a source of inspiration and support for me, encouraging me to keep moving forward and never give up. As we say in Our Facebook Ministry, I hope to continue to grow in Christ together with you. You are loved, and I am thankful for all the support I have received. Sincerely, Willie Torres Jr.
