Fitness goals & consistency: You can do it 🙌💜- affirmations

Hiii 💜✨💫 Welcome to Goals & Good Vibes! I love blogging, inspiration, and fitness. I just like posting things that could be of value to someone else. Whatever way it may be. On Facebook, I am an online fitness coach with BODi. I have done it since November 2020. I don’t try to talk too much about it on here because this isn’t really a fitness blog. It is however about goals. I always have fitness goals.

I started around 6 months postpartum (pictured below left) I got a friend request from my now coach. I reached out to her, which usually never happens. It’s usually the other way around. 🤣 but that’s where I started..and I ended up losing progress..but the right picture is me now. I went from not being able to lose my mama pouch, to getting in the best shape of my life, to being stressed/not eating and losing weight that way, to restarting this past June and feeling the best I’ve ever felt and the happiest I’ve ever been in my life. I even picked up some work to do on the side to make more money from home.

I’ve made some booty gains..but I also feel amazing overall as well. I’ve started cooking more food instead of eating out. I take a collagen powder. I workout more consistently now. The confidence I have now is unmatched to when I first started. I feel like you can tell in the pictures.

Do it for YOU! I’m telling you! You won’t regret it!!! 🙌 I workout from home…for 20-30 minutes a day..and sometimes only 10 minutes a day. The most important thing is consistency..and building a habit. If you’re getting active every day it will add up! The programs I follow help me from getting bored or plateauing because there’s so many to choose from…they are beginner friendly & very effective.

Below are results my clients have gotten so far. These are just the ones they have shared with me.. but it’s been so great connecting with new people and also have my accountability group.. which is called Goals & Good Vibes: Wellness Warriors. It’s nice to have extra support. It makes it easier to stick to it!

I don’t have to be perfect, I just have to show up.

 I am strong and determined.

I honor my body by moving it in ways that feel good to me.

I’m worth the energy I dedicate to myself.

Healthy living is a choice I make for my total well-being.

I am fit and powerful.

I can do hard things.
