Nature’s Candy 🍓🍇 (Picture Of The Day)

Welcome to Goals & Good Vibes! I just wanted to post this as a “picture of the day.” I love having fruit as a regular snack. Not only does it taste good but it provides you with so many health benefits! Fruit is loaded with antioxidants, high in fiber, helps to fight inflammation, may be good for your skin, provides many nutrients, improves artery function, may help blood pressure. There may even be more, but these are the benefits I’m familiar with. I know we all know berries are good for us. Just thought I’d give you a reminder to eat some. 🍓🫐
