You can either jump all in or stay where it’s comfortable this week. (pun intended🤣🦆) The choice is yours. Although you can start over at any time, I love the way a new week can feel like a fresh start. It’s nice to look at it that way instead of feeling negative about the start of your week; looking forward to all the chances you have to completely OWN IT!! 📒 Take some time this week to slow down or do something for yourself. Good advice! I’ve tried many of these in the past and found my adhd not being able to handle podcasts well… But I also can’t follow TV or radio talkshows, I get too distracted. 😂
I use my blog to relax after a long day, write about it, about my mental health… I listen to music every day and it can help me tune my emotions better. 😊 Walking is always a good one, with a friend, with your dog, with your headphones (maybe listen to that podcast while you go 😉).
